I’m Roxanne Chagolla, a Licensed Insurance Agent and Customer Service Representative at Weedin Agency, Inc. I’m a proud Colorado native, born and raised in Greeley, and I feel fortunate to be serving my community through the trusted, family-owned Weedin Agency. As an independent insurance agent, my goal is to help clients navigate the often complex world of insurance and provide them with the peace of mind they deserve.

My journey into the insurance industry was driven by a strong desire to help others understand their policies and their risks. I truly believe that every policyholder should have a clear understanding of their exposures so they can make informed decisions about the coverage they need. Whether it's personal or business insurance, I strive to guide my clients with integrity and care, ensuring that they feel confident in the protection they have in place.

Before entering the insurance field, I served in the U.S. Air Force, an experience that taught me discipline, dedication, and the importance of being part of a team. My service to my country continues to influence my approach to customer service—at Weedin Agency, we are all part of a team that values communication, trust, and making a positive difference in the lives of our clients. Being part of the Weedin team has been incredibly rewarding, as we share a common mission of delivering top-notch service with a personal touch.

In addition to my work at Weedin Agency, I am also an active member of the Loveland-Berthoud Association of Realtors (LBAR), which allows me to connect with local professionals and stay informed about the needs of our community. I’m passionate about giving back, and I currently serve as a board member for the Loveland Community Kitchen, where we help provide meals and support to those in need.

Outside of work, I cherish spending time with my husband, John, our family and friends, and our two dogs, Stanley and Marley. I am also a proud grandmother, and nothing brings me more joy than spending time with my granddaughter. I love traveling, exploring new foods, and discovering exciting adventures, especially if they involve a Disney theme park! Sports are another big part of my life, and I enjoy cheering on local teams and staying active.

Working at Weedin Agency has allowed me to combine my passion for helping others with my commitment to serving my community. I look forward to continuing to help our clients protect what matters most to them while being part of a team that values integrity, service, and building lasting relationships.
