I'm Lawrence Weedin, and I've called Loveland home since 1956—my family moved here when I was in the second grade, and this community has been a central part of my life ever since. My father, Ken Weedin, bought into the JW Chesebro interest in Weedin Insurance, an agency founded in 1915, laying the foundation for our family business. With over 42 years of experience in the insurance industry, I am passionate about helping people and building lasting relationships within the community.

Before joining the agency full-time, I taught business education and coached wrestling, spending a year at Loveland High School and seven rewarding years at Berthoud High School. These experiences instilled in me a love for mentorship and connecting with people, values I carry into my work today.

Outside the office, I enjoy hiking and have reached the highest points in 22 states—a personal challenge that keeps me exploring and enjoying the outdoors. Family time is essential to me, as is my not-so-secret love of peanut butter; I might just be one of its biggest fans! I’m grateful for the opportunity to serve Loveland and look forward to many more years of helping my community protect what matters most.
